Item 5: I engage student interest with every lesson.

Each item in this section, be supportive, describe that when all items used together they can help add "warmth" to teachers' demands. It describes that students need different types of support for learning that students need in order to be successful. Students will not care how much knowledge you have to share until they know that you care.
